Emeafor Cynthia


Emeafor Cynthia Ijeoma is a lecturer in the Department of Mass Communication, Faculty of Arts, Social and Management Sciences. She has Masters Degree in Broadcast Communication in Mass Communication from the University of Nigeria. She worked as a Local Technical Assistant for Department for International Development/Partnership for Transforming Health Systems II (DFID/PATHS2). She also worked as a research assistant at National Council for Arts and Culture (NCAC), Enugu Zonal Office, Enugu State. She is currently teaching the course Writing for the Mass Media and Word Processing. She is also an academic advicer to the students in Mass Communication department. She is member of African Council for Communication Education (ACCE). She has published in her research areas in Health, Environmental and Print media communication of ACCE conference books and Novena Journal of Management and Social Sciences.She has an award for outstanding achiement in Best Project/Portfolio Competition at Lucinma Women Development Centre Akoka Yaba, Lagos State.
